Cutting processing via fiber laser

Using a single-mode fiber laser possessing superior beam quality, high-quality processing becomes possible for non-ferrous metals which react badly to carbonic acid lasers, such as copper, copper alloys, aluminum etc.

Micro-fabrication via carbonic acid gas laser

Microprocessing is one of our strong points.At Syohatsu, with the addition of personal skill, we have made processing to a plate thickness of 3 microns a possibility.Precision parts processing is done in a speedy manner.

Cutting processing via water jet

We cut using water under high pressure.This is a field which receives a lot of attention within the field of cutting processing, and one of its greatest characteristics is the ability to cut any material.It can even cut materials which are badly affected by heat, such as carbon fiber etc., which is currently receiving significant attention.

Cutting processing via hydrogen gas

This uses the hydrogen produced when oxygen and hydrogen are separated through electrolysis of water.Because the raw material is water, cutting is possible at low cost, and with reduced CO2 emissions.It is an environmentally-friendly cutting system.

Press processing
